Returns

Items purchased from Brush & Powder can be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, excluding beauty boxes. These items must be unopened and in new condition. We do NOT accept returns for items that have been used, partially lost or damaged by customers. Please review the item description carefully to make sure you want to purchase the product before placing your order. 

Beauty boxes are nonrefundable, as they are a monthly item.

To return items, follow these instructions:
Contact us at help@brushandpowder.com with a list of what you would like to return and  the reason why. We will send you the address at which you should return your product to.

If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise you pay for the return shipping costs.

For your security, please return your items with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Brush & Powder is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please note that if the value of the goods have been damaged, we cannot refund your payment.

We will process a refund within 24 hours of receipt of the returned products. 

Note 1: Please mind that if you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the your country.

Note 2: If you refused the parcel because of customs duty or VAT of the destination country, and the parcel would be returned to us, we'll not be able to refund original shipping cost and returning shipping cost.

How can I check my refund status?

You can check your refund status through PayPal account. According to PayPal, if you paid with your bank account (eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance, the money will go back to your PayPal balance. If you paid with a credit card in PayPal, the money will go back to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement.
